Bags weigh as much as a bag of dynamite
Have you ever weighed your own bag? Apparently, on average, each handbag catches up to the weight of a large rock! The average handbag is a boulder, and the phone, wallet, sunglasses, notepads and books, makeup bags, umbrellas, and many other things we need every day are all stuffed into our handbags, and our bodies have to endure the stress every day. Often carrying such a heavy handbag can cause some serious neck and back problems. When you carry such a heavy bag, your neck will naturally tilt to the other side to maintain the balance of weight. This can strain the neck muscles and cause damage to the cervical spine in the long run. Your back will also be prone to vertebral arthritis as well as poor posture due to the long-term load that causes the lumbar muscles to spasm and the lumbar discs to degenerate as well as prolapse.
The wrong size bra
On average, 80% of women wear the wrong size bra, which can cause many health problems, including back pain, breathing difficulties, damage to breast tissue, tissue wear, breast pain, and poor posture. If your breasts are spilling out of the cups, or if your bra is arching upward and the straps of your bra are strangling your shoulders, then you are wearing the wrong size bra. So be sure to measure your bust and pick the right bra to give your breasts the support they need.
Turn grief into appetite
When you’re feeling sad, you might binge on food to let off steam, but you forget to think about your waistline. When you’re depressed, you’ll naturally eat a bunch of junk food, because binge eating may give you short term comfort, but it won’t do anything to solve the problem that’s causing you pain. So, when sad try to soothe yourself in other ways, such as exercise, or talk to a friend or something like that. Exercise helps increase the levels of endorphins that make you feel happy.

Wearing high heels
High heels make you look cute, but wearing more than two inches of heel every day can cause a host of health problems. Not only do high heels put pressure on your joints, but the height of the heel also affects your body’s uprightness, putting pressure on your back and your bunions, which can cause headaches, poor posture, and eventually arthritis.
Sleeping without taking off your makeup
Maybe some girls have done this before. Sometimes when you go out too late, you want to go to bed as soon as you get home, and you don’t take off your makeup or wash your face, you just jump into bed and go to sleep. However, the dirt and oil accumulated throughout the night will clog your pores and allow small pimples to grow. Not removing mascara and eye makeup can likewise irritate the eyes, filling them with blood and even causing infections.
Lack of sleep
Researchers have found that around 40% of UK adults are sleep deprived, with insomnia plaguing an increasing number of people. Poor quality sleep can cause a range of effects on your health. Lack of sleep can kill your sex drive, increase accidents, reduce productivity, increase your energy intake, and even speed up your skin aging.
