In life we cling to too many things that cause us worry and pain. From today on, learn to let go of those things that are negative to you and change yourself. Are you ready? Start learning to let go today.

1. Let go of arguing about what is right or wrong.

There are many people who can’t recognize that they too make mistakes, but want to always be right, not realizing that this is a huge risk to our good relationships and causes us or others great stress and pain.

When you think about it, is it really worth it? So when you feel like you’re eagerly throwing yourself into an argument about what’s right or wrong, ask yourself, is this really the right thing to do? Is it really good for you? Is our ego really that big?

2. Let go of your desire to control.

Be willing to let go of your desire to control the people, circumstances, and things around you. Whether they are someone you love, your work partner, or just a stranger on the street, allow them to follow their own state so you can feel better.

3. Drop the blame.

Don’t blame others for what they did or didn’t do, and don’t blame them for how they are or aren’t based on how you feel. Stop draining your energy and start taking responsibility for your own life.

4. Let go of your self-hatred mentality.

Many people suffer because of their negative, unclean and recurring self-loathing mindset. Don’t believe any negative self-hating thoughts. You’ll be better off that way.

5. Let go of the limited perception of yourself.

What can I do and what can’t I do? What is possible and what is not possible? Now, let go of your thoughts about your problems, and your limited knowledge of yourself should not keep you captive. Spread your wings and soar!

6. Let go of the mindset of complaining.

Stop complaining about (people, circumstances, things) as you always have! No one can make you unhappy unless you want them to, and no circumstances can make you depressed and miserable. It’s not the circumstances that trigger these feelings in you, it’s your own choice. Don’t underestimate the energy of positive thoughts.

7. Let go of criticism.

Don’t go easy on criticizing people and things that are different from you. We are all different, yet we are all the same; we all want to be happy and loved and understood.

8. Let go of vanity.

Stop trying to pander and please people, because it can’t be done. Only when you drop the pretense and take off your mask can you accept and embrace the real, and that’s when others can be attracted to you.

9. Let go of inertia.

Change is good, change can help you get from A to B, and change can improve your life and the lives of those around you. Follow your luck and embrace change, don’t fight it.

10. Let go of fear.

Fear is just an illusion, it doesn’t really exist, you just created it, it only exists in your mind. There is only one thing that scares us, and that is fear itself. Modify your inner being, and the outer one naturally becomes better.

11. Let go of the arbitrary judgmental mind.

Don’t give easy definitions and labels to people and things you don’t understand, even though sometimes they seem oddly different, and try to open your mind a little.

Remember that the mind works when it is open, and that advanced foolishness is the easy rejection of things that you don’t understand at all.

12. Drop the excuses.

Send those excuses away and tell them they’re fired. You no longer need the many excuses. Most of the time we limit ourselves because we are always using one excuse or another instead of improving our lives and trying to grow.

We are handicapped by them, deceived by them, and know that 99% of excuses are false.

13. Let go of what others think and live your own life.

Too many people are living their lives for others, not themselves. They always live their lives according to what others think is good, what their parents think is good, what their friends think is good, what their teachers think is good, what the government thinks is good, what the media thinks is good, and even what their enemies think is good.

They ignore the inner voice, the inner calling. They are always so busy trying to please others, living for their expectations, that they forget to take control of their own lives, forgetting what they really like, what they really want, what they really need. Eventually, they forget about themselves.

Remember that you own your life, it is a right, it belongs to you, and you must live it for yourself. Be especially careful not to let others’ opinions left.

14. Let go of the past.

I know it’s hard, especially when the past is very good and the future is scary. But you have to seriously consider reality, because reality is what you have. The past is what you long for, but it’s just a delusion you have. You have to come back to reality to recognize that.

Don’t confuse yourself, live in the moment, enjoy the moment. After all, life is a journey, not a destination. Prepare yourself, maintain a clear consciousness, and simply live in the moment.

15. Let go of attachment.

This concept is really hard for most of us to grasp, as it is for me personally. But it’s still not impossible. You can do it by taking the time to keep working on it a little bit.

To let go of attachment is to transcend and let go of everything, but that doesn’t mean you can give up love, because love and attachment are two different things, and attachment comes more from the fear of loss. And love is pure, forgiving, and not selfish. When you love, you don’t fear loss. So love and obsession cannot coexist.

Let go of attachment, and you will become very peaceful, forgiving, and serene. At this point, you are able to understand everything, even things you have not experienced. This state transcends words.
