In life, I often hear many people who have been married for years say that their marriage is too bland. When a marriage gets tired, do we have to use divorce to save it?
1. The ancients passed down many legends of good love, and in fact it is because the reality of marriage is often not so good that so many good stories have been created to hold on to their expectations.
2. Divorce came about in part because of the advent of the Marriage Act, which gave everyone the power to dictate their own marriages, representing a permission to go bankrupt if the marriage was not run properly.
3. In the past, the end of marriage was mostly accompanied by the end of life, a natural process. And with the advent of divorce, marriage has become a game played by two people, started by people and ended by people. In fact, divorce is a change of lifestyle, nothing more.
4. Divorce is often not because the love is no longer there, but it is a sign that one is no longer able to do anything about the relationship, so one gives up all power to continue playing with the other person again.
5. Divorce often comes with someone saying: There must be someone better for you than me. Translated, that means I can’t stand the fact that I’m a worthless person.
6. A stable marital relationship is really about taking your place and doing your job, while a chaotic relationship is about going your own way and doing whatever you want. Once the outer chaos and the inner demands of order clash to a certain degree, the dissolution of the marriage is inevitable.
7. Marriage is a two-person affair, so you can’t always expect one person to decide everything, and you can’t let one person face everything; since marriage is a game, there will be rules of the game, but also the ability to play, to be able to lose and win and still be able to balance; the taste of marriage must not be all sweet.
8. Any problems in a marriage, including extramarital affairs, should not be faced by one person, it is something within the marriage, there should not be one person to deal with and face.
9. The most important thing about divorce is to get yourself to see the problem for what it is. And if it is confusing to leave, it may not help you much in life, as the saying goes: if you do not live to understand, you are choosing to die a confused ghost.
