1. Be efficient

5. Talk about things
When you say “talk about things,” many people think of things about themselves. The company’s main goal is to provide a more efficient and effective solution to the problem. You should try to bring it up with your boss and discuss it with him. You can talk to your boss about anything except money, such as a problem at work, a problem at home, or a relationship problem between a man and a woman. The first thing you need to do is to be able to talk to your boss.
6. Give more and receive less
Take the initiative to help your boss so that he can do his job well, but don’t ask for anything in return, or ask for rewards. Otherwise, all the efforts you have made will be zero.
