Don’t pay too much attention to your demeanor. The normal social activities, which do not carry any mystery, are just social interactions and socializing among people. Therefore it is superfluous to pay too much attention to one’s mannerisms in socializing. Be easy-going, generous, natural, how you normally say and do, and so in socializing, and over time, socialize to get used to it.
