1, adjust your mind and relax
Read books, listen to music, or do proper exercise in your free time, or else meet some girlfriends to go out shopping, etc. Try to find a way to relax that suits you.

3. Lie down and close your eyes and feel yourself breathe
Some women will stay married before they get married, which can be more anxiety for women. You can open the curtains in your room, lie down on the floor, close your eyes and feel your breath, don’t think about anything, just feel your breath.
4. Communicate positively
If you are feeling worried and stressed. The first time to inform each other of your worries, your feelings, let communication instead of arguing, and seek each other’s support and understanding. The first thing you can do is to talk to your parents or friends who are already “over” your worries to relieve your anxiety and stress.
5. Give enough confidence in the future
