Find your place in a small company

A year into the job, two openings arose at a large company, one as a designer in the usual sense (now renamed “creative designer”) and one as an “art designer. Both positions were offered to me, and I was given the choice. I didn’t hesitate to choose the former, and I haven’t made another choice since.

I don’t think I would have known so quickly what I was better suited for, how much joy design can bring, or how much fun it can be to deal with all the people involved in it, without the foundation of a small firm. I’m also glad I didn’t insist on going to May to be a technical designer when I graduated, because I soon found out that I was completely confused about numbers, and almost everything I did was wrong when I touched the numbers, and I was scolded by my boss for that; such a precondition was a natural disaster for being a technical designer. Therefore, to this day, I am grateful for the sensitivity and selflessness of the interviewer “May”. If it weren’t for her, I don’t know how many detours I would have had to take.

Naturally, if it weren’t for the small company experience, I wouldn’t have been given the opportunity to choose two positions at the same time at a second company. The company’s main focus is on the development of a new product, which is a new product. The boss has the same mentality as his employees.

Of course, for those who don’t like it, small companies are quick to use their brutal side to turn people off to the industry. The pressures of the business, the brutality of competition, and the low quality of the people working in it are all often more exaggerated and exposed more thoroughly and to extremes in smaller companies. The company’s main business is to provide a wide range of products and services to the public, and to the public.

The biggest problem with small private companies is that they are not regulated, the bosses are like the emperor, and they are not subject to any constraints. Take the working hours, small companies overtime is the norm, 9 to 5 has become a whimsical. The longest day I worked was eighteen hours, and I went home at two o’clock at midnight and rested for only four hours before I was called back to work.

Long hours are nothing, but the most unfortunate thing is to have a “sick” or even “perverted” boss. The most unfortunate thing is to meet a “sick” or even “perverted” boss, and small companies are generally stressful, the bosses are generally “sick” tendencies, cursing is their way of life, but also their main method of releasing pressure, a day without “cursing “on the uncomfortable. At some point in the company will be thunderous, roaring, and they are also bullying, roaring mostly at women and like women without a little blood of men – but most of the gay dare not make a fuss. I worked in two small companies, two bosses are like suffering from “verbal sadism”, one of them to take antidepressants every day, and cursing people to take anti-excitement drugs. One time my boss had an unprovoked attack on a female designer that was overheard by a salesman who couldn’t stand it and punched his office desk and chair, forcing him to finally relent.

In short, when you work in a small company, you have to have a super strong nerve.

The good thing is, with a small company as the bottom of the bowl, what kind of wine can’t you deal with later?
