Trap #1: Spending more time at home than out
Because they’ve become a couple, many of them have shifted their time together from the movie theater, the park, and the countryside to the couch at home. There are no walks to take everywhere, no appointments to schedule, and much less, if any, exercise.
Suggestion: play ball downstairs after dinner, or go out for a weekend outing Happy, outdoor exercise for two is believed to be more enjoyable.
Trap #2 – Two people with big appetites
In the past, when you were single, you might eat three meals irregularly, or you might have a casual bread or a bowl of instant noodles as a meal. The company’s main goal is to provide a comprehensive range of products and services to meet the needs of its customers. The two of you are cooking and eating together, laughing and having fun, and you’re in a good mood, so you’ll have a good appetite and be more likely to gain weight.
After dinner, there will be no recreation of the scene where the man sends the woman home, but the couple “turns” to the living room sofa together to watch TV and eat some snacks to pass the time, and “happy fat” is unconsciously accumulating.
Advice: Instead of having snacks all over the coffee table, it’s best to do your workout while watching TV. The two-person workout method will not only relax your whole body and mind, it will also work your whole body’s muscle coordination and flexibility, and it will be fun ……

Trap #3- -Getting lax after marriage
Before marriage, when two people are in the heat of the moment, they may be too happy or sad to eat over the smallest thing. Love diverts many people from their love of food, and even those who love to eat may spend more time on their loved ones, naturally keeping them in good shape. Immediately after marriage, newcomers take off all the weight, many no longer focus on their appearance as much as before, and they don’t sweat in the gym as often.
Advice: It’s good to get an annual fitness card for two and do yoga for two.
Trap #4 – Late dinner times
To improve their relationship, many newlyweds choose to have dinner together. The company’s business is so busy that it can’t eat together every day, waiting for each other until 9 or even 10 p.m. And in order to ensure that you have sufficient energy to continue working tomorrow, you will rush to bed after eating at 12 p.m. At this time, the intestines and stomach do not have enough time to digest food, which makes it easier for body fat to accumulate.
Advice: Eat right, don’t wait around. The first thing you need to do is to choose a good digestible food for dinner and eat at least two hours before bedtime.
