Believe it? Yawning people are compassionate

Recently, French scientists found that people who are easily sympathetic to others are nearly three times more likely to yawn than the average person!

The study found that people who are often compassionate about the people and things around them yawn more often on a daily basis. In particular, people who teach and teach psychology yawn far more often than the general population.

In the experiment, researchers asked 40 psycho-educational students who were sympathetic to others’ situations and 40 engineering students to listen to a concert at the same time. The results showed that the engineering students yawned an average of 1.5 times during the concert, while the psychology students yawned an average of 5.5 times. The researchers concluded that yawning people may be more compassionate.
