7 healing rules to start over after a breakup

Will you be so disturbed by the aftermath of a breakup that you forget to appreciate the freshness of the roadside? The company’s main goal is to help you get rid of your bad mood after a breakup, and to get back on your feet and live a comfortable life on your own.

1. Hang in there, you’re a strong person!

Whatever you want to do next, being strong is a must. The hysterical act of pestering and begging will not bring him back, it will only push him further away. Of course, not to say that the loss of love is not a big deal, on the contrary, the feeling is very sad. But no matter how much you want to cry, curse, or even freak out, remember to shut the door first and hide in your room to do it.

2. Minimize your contact with him.

While closing the door to communication may seem unfair to you at the moment, it becomes much fairer to take a longer view. Reducing the chances of contact with him is also a very important step in the big battle to get him to come around. Think about it, you and he must not have come to this point for no reason, there must be a party that needs a pause. Give him a little time and space to sort out his thoughts. Sometimes, starting over is the first thing you should do.

3. Be gentle and put your anger aside.

This is not the time to yell at him to “pack up and get out of here by Monday or I’ll throw all that crap out. If you think you can keep him by intimidating him, you’re mistaken. Note that he’s leaving because he’s unhappy with some aspect of the relationship. This likely means that you should act as a listener and pay more attention to what he really needs. This is one of the important tools to build a good foundation for love.

4. Get out of the house and have a good time.

Now it’s time to turn off those heartbreaking love songs, get your butt out of bed or off the couch, get out of the house, and have some fun! Pick up the phone, meet up with three or five girlfriends and force yourself out of the room. You need to stop being anxious and find more entertainment to do so. This is not about starting to date other guys right away, and you don’t have to act like you’re interested in someone else. Have fun and get out of the frustration and loss that’s what’s important.

5. Find out what the problem is.

Sit down alone and take a moment to think: What is the problem? If you don’t find out what caused the love to fall apart, how can you correct the course and make things right between the two of you? Ask yourself: What made the first few weeks or months with him so special? Why did you feel so strongly when you were just settling down and when your relationship finally broke down? Try to figure out exactly what has changed in love.

6. Don’t be reserved, tell him the truth!

If you’re still in love with him, then make sure you let him know at least this time. Telling the truth often has unexpectedly good effects. Even though he may not say anything to you at the time, he will know that you love and care about him. These will be on his mind and he will remember them for as long as he wants.

7. Respect him.

For both men and women, to try to get the other half to come around, you have to show respect for the other one. Respecting him is telling him that you still care about him. Don’t just throw his stuff away, value his stuff. Sure, you can throw those things in a box and stuff them in a closet if you’re afraid you’re going to miss them 24 hours a day! But remember, value them. Don’t go in front of him in public and yell at him; don’t pull your girlfriends to cry and pour out their grievances. Don’t think about the little things that are trivial. Remember, you and he are equally responsible for the breakdown of a relationship, so you have to take your share of the blame.

Getting your significant other back is likely to be a very difficult task. So even if you don’t succeed, don’t let it get you down. If he won’t come back to you, it’s obvious that’s what he intended when he broke up with you. That’s when you should get over the shock of the breakup and start over.
