Five changes to get back to a good mood at work

If you’re a brainiac, what makes you tired is rarely overwork, but rather worry, stress, or unhappiness. Try to “pretend” to be enthusiastic and interested in your work, and answer every call with a smile.

White-collar workers who live in a busy city are often so busy that they lose themselves. Day after day, the huge work pressure is difficult to relieve, and is in a long-term subhealth state. In fact, you do not have to worry about this, just insist on making a few changes, you can completely rediscover the joy of life, the key point is to maintain a good mood at work.

One, order in everything.

An orderly life will keep you clear-headed and relaxed every day. Organizing your desk before the end of each day and regularly clearing your computer of files and emails are both necessary. Just seeing your desk littered with reports, memos, and letters to answer is enough to create chaos, tension, and apprehension.

Also, don’t underestimate family life. The success of your career is often directly related to your family life. A relaxed morning and a rich breakfast may determine your mood and productivity for the day. No one will feel that rushing to work puffed up and hungry will put the day in a good mood.

Second, keep exercising for a long time.

You should engage in at least one physical activity every day for no less than half an hour; it’s also a good idea to have a place in your home where you can be completely undisturbed and go there for a quarter of an hour every day, and during that time, think only about positive, happy things that make you happy things. This short recharge will do wonders for your mood.

Three, find fun in your work.

Be sure to figure out exactly what it is you want most. Money, a life rich in change, the thrill of a challenge, or the constant transcendence of yourself? Then think about whether your current job can provide you with these material conditions or spiritual feelings. If the two are far apart, it’s time to think about changing jobs.

Fourth, use mental cues and be optimistic about everything.

If you are a brain worker, what makes you tired The reason is rarely because you are overworked, but because of worry, tension, or unhappy emotions. Try “pretending” to be enthusiastic and interested in your work, answering every phone call with a smile, saying “great” from the inside when your boss tells you to work overtime on the weekend, and cheering yourself up every morning… …Don’t think this is a superficial thing. This is a very important psychological “suggestion”.

Five, focus on mental conditioning.

There is an English proverb that says, “Don’t cry over spilt milk”. In life, we all encounter things that do not make us cry: the tender we worked so hard to make is not approved; the promotion we should have gotten is lost to you because of your momentary negligence, instead of letting these irrevocable facts ruin our emotions and ruin our lives, we should just accept them and adapt to them. The most important thing you can do is to be open to these things and adapt to them. By mastering the art of moderate psychological adjustment, you have an ace in the hole to win.
